2. Brief Introduction

• The double relay in the fuel injector refueling system is responsible for supplying power to all 12-volt components, including sensors (valve position sensor and vehicle speed sensor) and ISU(ECU) and functions (gasoline pump-double coil-fuel injector). 2) and double relays have 15 pins and three performance stages

Double relay operation steps:

1- close the switch: In this case, the switch of the automobile is completely closed, and 12 volts are sent out from the bases of 10 double relays to store ECU memory information (in some injector systems (such as Sajem)). In some automobiles, the closed switch mode is designed so that both double relays are open.

2- Open the switch: In this case, the automobile switch is completely turned off, and ISO sends the following 12V voltages for 12 to 5 or 2 to 3 seconds: gas station-fuel injector-double coil-Kent solenoid valve-oxygen sensor heater, etc. In all fuel injector vehicles, it is different from the parts sent in open circuit voltage mode with 12 V voltage during the above period.
